    Payment

  • Can I change the payment method for an order I already placed?
  • It is possible, and to do that you have to contact us by e-mail.
  • What should I do if I my payment information is incorrect?
  • It is not a problem, just contact us and we will edit it.
  • How can I pay for my order?
  • We accept Bitcoin, Western Union and Moneygram.
  • What should I do if my order gets cancelled?
  • If it happens, you will receive an e-mail with described issue and we will tell you how you can fix it.

    Placing An Order

  • Can I pre-order something if it is out of stock?
  • Unfortunately, you can’t do that.
  • Can I change the order I just placed?
  • Yes, to do that you have to contact us immediately.
  • Is it possible to cancel the order?
  • If you didn’t pay for it yet, you can delete it. If you already paid, you have to contact us.
  • Where can I see my order status?
  • You need to log into your account and you will see your currents orders status.
  • Do you have a minimum order?
  • Yes, your order should worth at least $150.

    Returns / Refunds / Reships

  • Can I return the order?
  • Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns, regardless of the situation. If it came damaged and you prove it to us we will send you another.
  • What if my package gets seized?
  • You need to prove it. Send us e-mail with a photo of the letter and envelope with you package ID.
  • What if I wasn't home when package arrived?
  • You should be able to pick it up at the post office.
  • What should I do if I receive damaged products?
  • We pack the products as securely as possible. However, if it still happens, you need to send us a clear photo of damaged product and we will take care of it.

    Important note:
    Please do not unwrap items, we need to see the original package.

    Shipping and Delivery

  • How can I see my current shipping status?
  • We provide tracking number, using which you can follow your order status.
  • How long does a package take to arrive?
  • Usually it takes around 12 business days. However, sometimes there may be some delays, so wait 30 days before contacting us.
  • Can I change shipping address after the order was shipped?
  • Unfortunately, it is impossible. We recommend to double check all provided information before confirming the order.
  • Where do you ship from?
  • All the products are shipped from Europe.
  • How much time all processes take, before the order is shipped?
  • It takes about 2-3 days to process the shipping after you paid for the order in full.
  • What I have to do if I haven’t received my order?
  • Please check first the status of the order by tracking number.
    If the parcel is seized, you should have an official doc which proves it. Please send us the scan of the doc and we will reship your order asap.

    Unfortunately, in any case, we will not be able to reship your order to the following countries:
    Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Pakistan
